Education Minister of India

During Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s NDA government , Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi was the education minister of India. Dr. Joshi is still an MP and he has not lost his sharpness but it was shocking to know that a less educated lady who comes from entertainment world was awarded the post of HRD and Education minister.

If anybody listens Dr. Joshi , he can easily understand the future of India from the point of view BJP and RSS. Even he is an octogenarian , he is fully updated with the modern education system. He is fully capable to devise modern education system with ancient Vedic base.

Smriti Irani is not much educated but was awarded the portfolio of education. If we listen her , it is not felt that she has gone through Indian history, India from the point of view of BJP and RSS. She has to learn education policy , she must know what are the different streams of education, training and development prevailed in India. After that she can do something good. She could be a better minister of Information and broadcasting but its a daunting task to prove herself to be a good education minister. Prime minister Narendra Modi has gambled by selecting her as education minister. I wish, he would not take such big risk. Smriti Irani’s department learned civil servants have to make her understand the necessity of any change in education system. Previously the department was handled by Kapil Sibal who is also very learned man but he could not do much better with the education system of India. We do not praise our own languages but our all education minsters have failed to assure that there is nothing wrong to follow our own language as the best language. Lets C how Smriti Irani takes this issue.

Jalapeno of Kolkata !!

Jalapeno is an Italian restaurant @ wood street of Kolkata. Most noteworthy thing is , it is a vegetarian restaurant. Its a relief for Marwari and Gujarati families that they may get cent per cent veg items. People don’t need to assure that they can chose a non veg item by mistake. Taste wise , its good so its recommendable. Location wise , its in wood street so nobody can argue that its a cheap restaurant. Starters like potato wedges and sizzlers of main course are good. If anybody wants to eat good garlic bread , they must visit Jalapeno. Crowd wise its also good, people from higher middle class families hang out here. Behaviour of staff members are good and they recommend good items and quantity !!. Rates of items are very much reasonable, not cheap but affordable. Go and enjoy !!
